Kevin Haller

Residential, Rural, and Commercial Real Estate

Haller Real Estate Team is led by Kevin Haller, Licensed Realtor® at Coldwell Banker Mountain Central. He is a member of the Calgary Real Estate Board and the Calgary Residential Rental Association. Kevin Haller, a native of Trochu, Alberta, spent 13 years playing in the NHL. During his 13-season NHL career, Kevin played for the Buffalo Sabres, Montreal Canadians, Philadelphia Flyers, Carolina Hurricanes, Anaheim Mighty Ducks, and the New York Islanders. He won the Stanley Cup with the Canadians in 1993.

After retiring from his NHL career, Kevin became involved in homebuilding, renovations and flips in the Calgary area. He acquired his real estate license in 2009. In 2010, the Haller Real Estate Team sold over 25 million dollars of real estate. In 2014, Kevin was awarded the title of Top Producing Agent in Sales at Coldwell Banker Mountain Central and has remained one of the top three agents in sales every year since then.

Kevin currently owns and manages single detached homes, up/down suites, and multi-family rental properties in various areas of the city. As a real estate investor himself, he has a wide range of experience in rental properties, renovation, flips, as well as joint ventures. He has been able to offer his clients a unique and specialized service in the Calgary and area market.

Kevin volunteers with the Flames alumni charity organization and is an active member of his church. He and his wife, Kim, live in the Springbank area and have raised four daughters.

Makayla Murekezi

Makayla joined the Team in 2016 in an administrative and marketing role: preparing listings and contracts, managing the website and social media platforms, and organizing our marketing plan. After obtaining her Bachelor of Business Administration, Makayla set out to complete her Real Estate Licensing education through RECA.

In 2019, Makayla became a Licensed REALTOR® specializing in Residential Real Estate at Coldwell Banker Mountain Central. Makayla continues to manage the administrative responsibilities of the Team to ensure timely and consistent service to each client. In order to better assist clients who own or would like to purchase/sell investment properties, Makayla also has over seven years of experience in managing rental properties and resolving tenancy disputes at the RTDRS (Residential Tenancy Dispute Resolution Service) in Calgary. Makayla is an active member of her church. She and her husband, JP, live in NW Calgary.

Austin Munro

Austin Munro is a dedicated real estate professional who joined the team in early 2023. With a strong background in technical sales, Austin brings a detail-oriented and client-focused approach to every real estate transaction.

Before transitioning into real estate, Austin earned his diploma in Petroleum Engineering Technology from SAIT in 2018 and worked in the oil and gas sector for over four years. During his time within the oil and gas industry, Austin worked for Tundra Process Solutions, specializing in inside technical sales, where he developed a reputation for outstanding customer service and strategic problem-solving.

Since becoming licensed in early 2023, Austin has built a strong presence in the residential real estate market, with a growing focus on Calgary and the surrounding areas. He is passionate about helping clients navigate the buying and selling process with confidence and clarity. In addition to his work with buyers and sellers, Austin also oversees the Haller Real Estate Team's media platforms, using digital marketing to engage and inform our clients.

Originally from a small farm near Rosalind in central Alberta, Austin moved to Calgary in 2014 and now proudly calls the city home.
